Johnny Pierce Your Personal Tour Guide

I have been spiritual all my life, with an immersion in Catholic schooling and service to the Church in my formative years, later my spiritual search turned to developing my psychic senses and studying Eastern philosophy. Then I met my Guru or Spiritual Teacher, Nell Elizabeth Kerfoot, a gifted clairvoyant, who studied in India with her Spiritual Teacher, Rabindranath Tagore, many years earlier. I met, served, and studied with her when in my twenties and she in her seventies. Having been influenced so intensely by Tagore, when I first visited India decades later, it felt like returning home. Here is my long story:

Rajesh KR is our tour guide in India. He speaks several languages and has mastered English. I met Rajesh on a social network years ago and was intrigued with the wisdom he would share with me- and he was barely in his 30's. Through our conversations, he was teaching me his way of Hindu life mixed with Christianity that he had learned from his parents, his religious upbringing, and through his study with his Guru for more than a decade- Dr. Venagopal- and from his consuming the teachings of Osho- an Indian sage who reached Enlightenment and wrote numerous books in English. It was becoming clear to me that I would be crazy to not visit India, having my own personal tour guide.

In 2012, Rajesh and I formed an online relationship, commenting on each others posts, exchanging emails, and talking on skype. in 2013, I made my first visit to India and experenced a personal transformation that altered the course of my life. I encountered authentic Masters, tons of wholehearted people, and ancient mysteries were revealed to me.

Rajesh and I chipped in and bought a used car and proceeded to travel extensively throughout the tropical state of Kerala and we got to know each other quite well. We drove to many of the popular destinations in Kerala and witnessed her lush beauty, an anomoly in India. We would have these moments, like on the moonlit beach of Varkala- Rajesh said "The difference between Westerners and Easterners was in the west, you all want to change the world. In the east", he said, "we only seek to know who we are, because only then can we change the world in any significant way". He was constantly shining Light for me were I had been in the dark.

On our trip, Rajesh's beloved guru of many years would trace our progress by cell phone and arrange places for us to stay and people who would host us. Hospitality in India is unlike any other place I have visited - I felt very special with everyone wanting to feed and serve me wherever I went. They took me to their places of worship, introduced me to their spiritual leaders who usually gave me a special one-on-one discussion. These wonderful, heart-centric Indian folks did whatever they could to please me - I felt like royalty.

After returning home to Monterey, California, reflecting on the many blessings bestowed upon me during my trip, I fully realized that very few foreigners see India the way I did. It suddenly dawned on me that, with all the people I met and relationships I formed on my trip, I could take other English-speaking people and introduce them to India in a way that most foreigners do not have the privilege to experience. Take them to the places and the people who had blessed me on my first journey, has become my guiding inner voice and mission of service.

I have, through my visits to India and through the web, observed Rajesh with friends and family- Loved by all. He is kind, compassionate, committed to his spiritual beliefs, wise beyond his age, and above all, generous. I watched how his friends depended on him for their spiritual guidance and support, simply by him being a true friend. Rajesh speaks very good English, his native Malaya lam, and understands Tamil. He is an aspiring film director and screen writer. In the near future, we will see his first story filmed with him directing.

So Rajesh and I decided we wanted to share this transformational experience with others and formed the RaJohnny Tour Company. We are extremely excited about taking pilgrims like you around southern India to share Rajesh's native country and culture in person and up close. We can offer you a safe, pleasant, and most importantly... a genuinely authentic experience of India.

We in the company are all spiritual seekers, so it was only natural that we would tailor our tour company to accommodate other spiritual seekers. All of us in the company have a long history of spiritual study. We all have enlightening stories to tell of the amazing, and many times almost unbelievable, culture and history of India. We are in contact with many Gurus, spiritual leaders, and spiritual families in Southern India. We offer you direct contact with these special people for a transformational journey through what might otherwise have been a bewildering and disappointing visit to India. These deities have a strong presence in many temples- some over 1000 years old- that are common throughout Southern India.
