Who We Are And What We Do
I am a US citizen and Rajesh is a citizen of India. We operate a tour company licensed by the Indian government and in the U.S. We will help you choose destinations in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, get quotes, suggest and book lodging for you, arrange meals and transportation, and then my Indian partner Rajesh and I will be your constant companions on your journey.

Our tours are all-inclusive. All transportation from when you arrive at the Cochin airport to your departure is included. Also all your meals, as well as lodging, is included with your tour. All you will need to spend is pocket money to get the incredible bargins when shopping in India.

Cost
If you’re the kind of traveller who likes to keep it on the economic side, but without taking the comfort out of your vacation, you are a mid-level traveler and need to budget for $85-100 per day per person while in India. If you prefer luxury, you can choose the higher-end resorts and luxury rooms and need to budget for at leaset $140.

We quote according to your group's preference of accomodatuon, Economy, 1st Class, or Luxury, length of stay, location, number in your group, and season. A deposit will be required before we finalize the tour and book the rooms.

Seasons
The weather in Kerala can be split into three distinct seasons:

1) The cool dry season from mid-October to February, which also marks peak tourist season, is when you can expect the highest prices. You will need to plan ahead and book early because many popular destinations will have no rooms available during this time.

2) The hot and highly humid Summer season is from mid-February through May. Plan to sweat Big Time!! Tours in the beautiful Ghat Mountains, where the climate is much milder, is recommended.

3) Monsoon season from June to October. Expect intermittent heavy rains with pleasant temperatures and mild weather between the showers. May to October is the cheapest time to visit with lodging discounts of 30-50%, with smaller crowds at your destinations. This is my favorote season because I Love rain followed by clear skies and fresh and energized air.

Exchange Rate
The rupee to dollar exchange rate that you can get at an Indian bank now is about 70 rupees/USD, an all-time high, and you can exchange your money when you arrive and leave. We can take you to reliable money changers who give you a fair exchange rate.

Budget
Pack light and buy your clothes and toiletries along the way for a fraction of what you would pay at home. Bring extra cash to take advantage of the incredible bargins shopping in India.

Air Fare
We would all meet in Cochin, Kerala to begin the tour. I have seen the roundtrip fares between San Francisco and Cochin from $755 to over $2000. Once I paid $1600 for a RT ticket in January, but typically it has been about $1000 with me arriving in India in July. My latest rountrip on Emirates was $1002, arriving July 27.

Meals
Eating vegetarian is easy in India. You can have traditional Indian meals consisting of all-you-can-eat rice and various vegetable side curries with a cup of tea or coffee. Almost everywhere we go, you can also order chicken, beef, or fish, but those are not all-you-can-eat meals.

Lodging
Economy, 1st Class, or Luxury, your preference. We have visited all the places we book and have relationships at 3-star or better accommodations in all the popular destinations. Once we have an itinerary, we would book your rooms.

Transportation
Once we determine the number in our group, the destinations, and length of stays, we would book the transportation. A group of more than 4 will require a bus and driver for the duration of our tour.
